I had a very specific areas in mind and Rhonda left no stone unturned when searching for the right property, touring and evaluating numerous homes and condominiums as well as 2-unit buildings.  There was very little on the market and so Rhonda reached out to almost all of the property owners in those areas. She also enlisted her extensive professional network in the search on my behalf.  It was not an easy time to invest in the area and Rhonda did not give up or flag in her diligence in aiding my search.  Ultimately Rhonda facilitated a preemptive offer for a property that was not even on the market yet.  She even negotiated the inclusion of an extra space that the seller intended to offer for a separate and additional price. She worked tirelessly from start to finish.  After the close of escrow, Rhonda assisted in initiating some needed repairs and finish work.  Investing in property in San Francisco is a very stressful, time-consuming process and Rhonda was very professional in helping me navigate the process.  I could not have been more pleased with all of the work that Rhonda did and I highly recommend Rhonda for all of your real estate needs in San Francisco.
