I enjoy interior design and have managed extensive remodeling including complete kitchen and bathroom remodeling as well as overall expansion.
My personal and professional experience is beneficial when preparing a property for market and when buyers are planning to refurbish and/or redecorate to update and personalize a home. I utilize my relationships with a wide array of various professionals that provide services and assistance before, during and even after a transaction is completed.
Real estate relationships can be short lived. A realtor can work with a buyer or seller through a transaction and then never be heard from again. I view my work as much more than transactional.
I hope to cultivate long-lasting relationships and want my clients to come to think of me as a trusted friend and resource as well as their realtor.
I often provide referrals for home maintenance and updates. I’ve created market analyses to help clients understand the current value of their home when they are contemplating a refinance. I’ve been a sounding board regarding raising children in the city. I am always delighted to reconnect and stay in touch whether it be about real estate needs or life in general and I am, of course, overjoyed when someone refers me to family or friends who need a trusted realtor. That is the nicest compliment I could receive.
I enjoy SF art museums, fabulous restaurants, beautiful parks, beaches and breathtaking views but the thing I like most is all the amazing people living here. Raising children has provided me a rich array of experiences including navigating the school selection process and volunteering at their schools. We’ve been to almost every playground and sports field and I survived teaching them to drive on busy city streets. A member of The National Charity League and volunteer at Scholar Match, Raphael House and SF Food Bank, I continue giving back to my community.
