On a spur of the moment trip many years ago, I fell madly in love with the beautiful Bay Area.  After that excursion, I moved to San Francisco and quickly realized that owning a home in the city was one of the best possible investments and I now enthusiastically help people grow wealth through home ownership.

I place the utmost importance on integrity and honesty and am respectful of each individual client’s personal circumstances.  I have a good sense of humor but I am a tough negotiator working tirelessly for clients and I always remain focused on what is best for them. I completely understand that purchasing or selling a home is a major life decision and I am mindful of the importance and magnitude of this decision and the financial as well as emotional implications. I will leave no stone unturned when looking for the right home for buyers and I help them understand the specific aspects of a property and ascertain value.  When handling the sale of a someone’s home I facilitate preparation of the property in order to beautifully present it to prospective buyers and I create an impressive marketing campaign to generate maximum exposure of the property.  I negotiate assertively to secure the best price and terms possible for clients selling a home and to secure the best value possible when helping a client buy a home.

I enjoy interior design and have managed extensive remodeling including complete kitchen and bathroom remodeling as well as overall expansion.

My personal and professional experience is beneficial when preparing a property for market and when buyers are planning to refurbish and/or redecorate to update and personalize a home.  I utilize my relationships with a wide array of various professionals that provide services and assistance before, during and even after a transaction is completed.

Real estate relationships can be short lived.  A realtor can work with a buyer or seller through a transaction and then never be heard from again.  I view my work as much more than transactional.

I hope to cultivate long-lasting relationships and want my clients to come to think of me as a trusted friend and resource as well as their realtor.

I often provide referrals for home maintenance and updates.  I’ve created market analyses to help clients understand the current value of their home when they are contemplating a refinance. I’ve been a sounding board regarding raising children in the city. I am always delighted to reconnect and stay in touch whether it be about real estate needs or life in general and I am, of course, overjoyed when someone refers me to family or friends who need a trusted realtor. That is the nicest compliment I could receive.

I enjoy SF art museums, fabulous restaurants, beautiful parks, beaches and breathtaking views but the thing I like most is all the amazing people living here. Raising children has provided me a rich array of experiences including navigating the school selection process and volunteering at their schools. We’ve been to almost every playground and sports field and I survived teaching them to drive on busy city streets. A member of The National Charity League and volunteer at Scholar Match, Raphael House and SF Food Bank, I continue giving back to my community.
