I know what it feels like to sell your home. Letting strangers come in your home, and the apprehension regarding the final sales price, can be unnerving. However, I do all I can to put your mind at ease and make the process and easy as it can be and I fully understand how to generate the maximum return on the investment you’ve made in your home. There are a multitude of things I do when I am handling the sale of a home.

Preparation
Initial preparation can be key to securing the best final outcome. You can choose from a myriad of things to do to prepare your home for sale. We will review and consider various options so you can determine the most appropriate and fruitful preparations.
Perhaps you need a handyman to make minor repairs. Maybe you’d like a gardener to spruce up your yard. Fresh paint and professional staging can enhance your homes appeal too. Whatever you decide to do, I have a network of professionals that we will call upon to make the preparation as effective and affordable as possible. -
Pricing
Deciding on the price for your home can be both exciting and perplexing. I diligently study the local market activity and trends, especially in your specific neighborhood, carefully reviewing the listing prices and sales prices of other homes as well as the specifics of each comparable property so that I can help you be fully informed when making a decision regarding pricing your home. With my continually updated research and knowledge of our everchanging market we will have the information you need to appropriately set the listing price and your expectations for an ultimate sales price.

Presentation
Appealing and attractive marketing of a home in multiple ways is essential to successfully maximizing its exposure to potential buyers. I work with talented professionals to provide beautiful photographs, compelling video and clear floorplans of your home and these are used to create enticing and modern marketing materials that will showcase your home most attractively. Your home will be featured on a property specific website highlighting its special features, as well as on multiple real estate websites and in print materials to give as many buyers as possible an opportunity to see it. Open houses and private showings will allow prospective buyers a chance to view the home in person.

Perseverance
I remain persistently focused on your goal from start to finish. I personally host open houses and showings so I can point out all the attractive aspects of your home and meet the prospective buyers in person as well. I effectively communicate with buyers and their agents and keep you posted of the progress every step of the way. I’ll use finely honed negotiating skills to secure the highest price possible for your home with the most attractive terms. Once we have a ratified contract, I remain focused working with the buyer’s agents, lenders, appraisers, the title company and escrow officer to keep all on schedule until the close of escrow is completed. Then it will be time for you to celebrate!
